However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, so you can simply return the merchandise to us and we will give you a choice of refund or exchange for your purchase. Kindly let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction, as it will help us to improve our products and services in the future.
Followings are conditions applied to our return policy:
- Manufacturer defective merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of the order date.
- The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Merchandise not returned in the specified conditions within 30 days of the order date cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We refund your money - prices of the products only - within 30 days after we received your return
- We do not refund shipping, handling, and insurance expenses if you return the order. Orders with free shipping are subject to a $7.95 shipping & handling fee.
- We do not refund mail postage expenses.
- However, we are responsible for restocking fees and the shipping charges if it is our mistake in color, size or others.
- We are not responsible for damage that occurs while washing your products. We recommend HAND WASH.
Even though we are very customer oriented, due to the nature of the products we sell and in deference to all of our customers, there are still limitations on some returns or exchanges: - By law, intimate garments containing a crotch (ex: thongs, panties, boy shorts, tap pants, etc.) cannot be returned.
For health and safety reasons, we do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, hosiery, or similar intimate items. We recommend you select these items with care, precision, and the right size. - For health and safety reasons, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits. Customers are encouraged to inspect all garments prior to trying them on. If for any reason a garment is found to be damaged or otherwise unacceptable by our customers upon receipt, we ask that the garment be returned to us immediately according to our return policy. Please do not try on garments that do not meet your expectations. We also advise our customer to use extra precaution when trying items for proper fit to avoid exposing product to body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry that can cause garments to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If a garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed or tampered with, the garment will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

You have the following choices when you decide to return any shipment (please let us know your choice in your email):
- Refund: total refund minus any shipping costs (Prorated refund for shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.) and will be credited back into your credit card. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process the return especially around the holidays.
- Exchange: we will ship the replacement within 2 working days after received your return. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
