Product Availability: LingerieRealm updates its online inventory on a regular basis. In some cases, items ordered may be out of stock at the time that order is processed and we are unable to fulfill the order. If this occurs, LingerieRealm will attempt to contact you immediately, by phone or email, and provide information that will allow you to determine a course of action that best suits your needs. We never substitute items without approval of the customer and again, if the item is on backorder or out of stock, we will state that on the site or inform you via email. What you order is exactly what you will get. Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct and complete, including company name, apartment number, and suite number if applicable. Order Cancellation/Modification Policy: Order cancellation requests received prior to order processing and shipping will result in a voided order and no charges are put through to the payment credit card. Order modification requests will be honored if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order is in the shipping process or ships from our warehouse, any changes to that order are governed by our exchange policy. If the package is not accepted or is refused and returned to LingerieRealm, customers will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling costs. - Shipping Time: Orders will be processed and leave our warehouse within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed. However, in most of the time, your orders will be processed within 24 hours. This DOES NOT mean the orders will be delivered within this time.
- Tracking: Where applicable, you will be e-mailed a confirmation after your order is processed with the tracking number.
- Discreet Shipping: Parcels are sent discreetly using USPS Priority Mail envelope or boxes (in most cases.) A plain return address label is used which reads:

Sorry, but we cannot be responsible if orders are delayed by the US Postal Service or other carriers due to weather conditions or major holidays!
Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Domestic Orders: FREE shipping for orders of $50 or more shipped within U.S; otherwise, there is a flat fee of $5.95 for any shipment in the U.S. We normally ship orders using USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. The delivery time is 7-10 business days.
- International Orders: Credit card information will be confirmed with the card issuing financial institution. This is for your protection. Please be certain to provide specific mailing instructions to insure delivery. For International Customers we offer Global Priority through the United States Postal Service for $13.50 (No tracking is provided by the Post Office). Global Express is $20.00 (this is the recommended shipping method because it is insured, it should arrive in 7-10 days and has tracking information provided.)
